Do you have the bank accounts needed?

A resident realised that the wife’s credit card was linked to his account, and thus if he died and his account was closed, she would have no credit card. So they organised that she now has her own card.

As a corollary to this, we would expect that everyone has 3 accounts, apart from any capital funds.

These would probably be:

– A current account, where all of the income and expenditure go.
– A credit card – how else can one shop these days?
– A savings account with emergency funds in it.
